Vanessa Cruz, MA, LPC

Vanessa Cruz is a Licensed Professional Counselor at Chicago Christian Counseling Center and believes counseling is a conduit toward freedom when psychology, theology, and spiritual growth are combined. God has blessed her with a burden for those with trauma related stress including childhood physical and sexual trauma, rape, domestic violence and the effects that follow. As a US Marine Corps veteran, Vanessa is familiar with the rigors of a military lifestyle. She has 7+ years church ministry experience and is a church planter’s wife. Vanessa is founder of Live Revolution [LiveRev.org], an organization bringing awareness and assistance to Chicago communities through workshops and education on spiritual and mental health.
